Brooklyn-based drummer and composer Savannah Harris explores the boundaries between improvisation and songwriting in her trio. As a sought-after musician, she has already made a name for herself with numerous jazz greats such as Christian McBride, Cecile McLorin Salvant, and Kenny Barron. At the same time, she maintains her creative presence through diverse projects and long-standing collaborations in the contemporary music scene. Her songwriting is strongly influenced by her work with artists such as Georgia Anne Muldrow, Nick Hakim, and Helado Negro, reflecting her diverse musical background.
